I've decided to post the other #1's for this week's AT40 classic countdowns. BTW, if you like what I'm doing, I, or possibly other posters, can do this every week. Now, here they are:
For 11/12/77: #1 Country: "More To Me"-Charley Pride #1 Album: Rumours-Fleetwood Mac (27th non-consecutive week) #1 R&B Song: "Back In Love Again"-L.T.D. (2nd weeek)
For 11/12/83: #1 Country: "Somebody's Gonna Love You"- Lee Greenwood #1 Album: Synchronicity- The Police (16th non-consecutive week) #1 R&B Song: "All Night Long (All Night)"-Lionel Richie (4th week)

If you have the time to keep this up, that would really be great. Will you be doing the 70s and 80s or just the 70s? It is interesting, I find, that in the early 80s there were so many cross over country hits on the pop charts, such as Oak Ridge Boys, Alabama, Willie Nelson, and of course Kenny Rogers. Thanks for the memories jmorgan!

I started including these in my notes this year when I post shows on the Pulse board.
On 11/12/83, they were read off leading into the #6 song.

Don't know if it matters, but for 11/12/1977 the other #1 songs were read before #4.

Is this going to be a trend where they'll just be posted well in advance? If so, we might as well just start compiling both decades' worth.
