Does anybody know if any radio station still carries Casey's 5 minute daily feature: America's Top Hits with Casey Kasem and if so what station and what time? Thanks...

To the best of my knowledge, this is no longer being offered/distributed/produced.
While I guess in the past some stations have kept playing AT40 Flashback even when Premiere stopped distributing it, the ATH shows would have Casey say things like "5 years ago this week" which would no longer be accurate.

To be fair, on AT40 Flashback he would say things like "this is the original broadcast from 15 years ago" for a show from 1986 or something to that effect and would still be heard in 2005 when 15 years ago would put it in 1990.
But back to the original question, I believe I remember reading ATH had ceased production when AT10/AT20 were still on the air. I could be mistaken about that though.

From what I can remember, America's Top Hits ceased production after the final week of 2008, about six months before the end of AT20/AT10.

While I don't remember the exact timeline, yes, the ATH shows were discontinued while AT10/20 were still in production.
However, you COULD get away with running the later shows in rerun form at this point. Casey eventually changed from saying "x years ago this week back in [year]" to "This week back in [year]..." making them evergreen.
