----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Saturday 6 am - 9 am WJGH - Magic 107.3 - Jacksonville's Greatest Hits - Jacksonville FL 107.3 FM www.iammagic1073.com/mediaplayer/Plays Optional Extras------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I think you can probably remove this station as they recently switched to a Jack Format. Yea - someone else had mentioned somewhere on one of these threads about that. I guess I was waiting to see if they were going to maybe play the 80s edition of AT 40 - so far, I haven't heard anyone mention it anywhere.

I just looked up to see about this new station, and saw that it's part of the Jewel Radio Network - 4 stations called Jewel, and one called the Breeze - all in Canada. Here's the streaming link: www.jewelradio.com/listenlive_popup.php

Marv, I think you misread? It shows:
American Top 40 The 80's with Casey Kasem Saturday 08:00pm - 12:00am
The 70s show precedes it, I believe.

They did yesterday too, but it was minus the extras and all so they could try shoehorning it into 3 hours.

WODS just started the Dick Clark countdown after a six-minute block of commercials; the first words out of Dick's mouth were 'Muscle Shoals', so they missed the first 60-90 seconds due to that commercial overrun.

Does anyone know if WJGH is still playing the 70's shows? According to their website, they have now flipped to a "Jack FM" station--meaning they would be more likely to air the 80's if they are still planning on airing AT40 classics at all.

I'd be interested if anyone listens or records AT40 on WODS. I used to listen to The Lost 45s which is on prior to AT40. I stopped listening, because I was constantly frustrated with web commercials that would continually interrupt the show (even in the middle of songs). I wonder if they do the same thing with AT40.

I've recorded WODS a handful of times and they actually did a real nice job all but one of the times I used them (they came in late from commercials on one break and played ads between what should have been a non-commercial split logo). My biggest beef with WODS is that they use that darned radio.com player, so you have to keep rolling the volume every 30-45 minutes in order to keep the player from timing out and going to sleep on you. Since the show starts at 11 pm for me, I have to stay up until 1 am to keep the stream from snoozing before the show is over, which isn't worth it considering all the other options.
