WJGH in Jacksonville FL has had a format change. They are now a "Jack Radio" station. They are not playing AT40 the '70's at 6:00 a.m. (EST) on Saturday. Perhaps they are still airing the show at another time but they're new website has not been launched. Could you or Paul keep me updated on this particular station, to see if I need to drop/edit the station? Thanks a lot! |

WJGH in Jacksonville FL has had a format change. They are now a "Jack Radio" station. They are not playing AT40 the '70's at 6:00 a.m. (EST) on Saturday. Perhaps they are still airing the show at another time but they're new website has not been launched. Could you or Paul keep me updated on this particular station, to see if I need to drop/edit the station? Thanks a lot! I don't have an answer to this but does any "jack" format play the 70s show? I know WQSR airs the 80s one. |

I see the Twins are losing tonight and even though it's only 15 games into the season it looks like they are already in mid season form. (and this is coming from a Twins fan). |

Paul--That link in your post is for WQIK, a heritage country station for over 35 years; it's owned by Clear Channel, which flipped Magic 107.3 (WJGH) from Oldies/Classic Hits to Adult Hits on April 18th, apparently meaning that 'AT40 the 70s' won't be carried in Jacksonville any longer.
What you apparently saw was an ad on WQIK's website announcing the arrival of 'JACK-FM' in Jacksonville @ WJGH.
Suffice it to say that there's TONS of griping about this format flip on the radio industry website at http://www.radio-info.com; click on 'North Florida' next to 'Jump to', and feel free to pile on!!!!

OK, I tuned in to this station around 1:50 pm EST, and they had just completed hour #2, which means the show began at NOON EDT, not 1 pm (as listed) I know that we have listeners out that way (Iowa) who can help out with this particular statio - Thanks! Confirmation that this station does indeed play AT 40 at 2:07 (as mentioned by 40fan in the description) after news at the top of the hour:
