I don't buy 1/2 of that. The show is repped in Canada by Orbyt Media. Orbyt traditionally offers shows for barter, run a certain amount of national commericals that Orbyt sold the airtime for and get the show for free. Pretty much what Premiere does, though Orbyt can make you run spots anytime, morning show, weekdays, not necessarily within the show. Unless you are consistently sold out, or don't like to give up commerical inventory at all, you're not losing a lot. I've just heard from someone at WLXV (Mix 96 - 96.7 FM) in Cadillac, MI, that they are no longer carrying AT40 '80s on Sunday nights. It does continue Saturday nights on WLXT (Lite 96.3), their sister station.

I tried to listen to this station from 1 AM - 3 AM Sunday morning, but the streaming player had nothing but ads -- never went to station with AT40

Here is a new find ...from the mountains of northern NJ, WSUS (The variety station) Sussex, N.J 102.3 plays AT40 (The '80's) Sunday 8am-12noon EDT. This station can also be heard in the Milford,PA and Port Jervis,NY area...So if your traveling along Route US 6, US route 206/209 or route NJ 15/23 you are in their listening area...if not they are on-line, They are an I-Heart radio station and yes they do play the O E's.
