I suspect that WQNQ no longer plays the show. It's 8:15 EST and the show hasn't started there yet, so I checked their website. They don't have a program schedule listed. So, I checked Wikipedia. Their Wiki page says they became a Pop station on September 20. Not a good indicator of still having the show... Someone may want to listen to their stream just in case, but I'm inclined to think that becoming a Pop station is a kiss of death for programs such as AT40: The 80s.

I think you're correct - I tuned in, and heard AT 40 - Ryan Seacrest - at 10:10 am.

I automatically recorded AT40: The 80s from this station for a few months but had like 3 months worth of shows I had never broken into segments. I did it a few weeks ago finally and heard Seacrest instead so I wiped that station off my record list.

Sounds like they're on their own schedule.

Thank you, budinbuzz, for this info. I just confirmed with the station that this is an only time-slot they run the AT40 show during the week, while I thought that this might be a repeat run. Btw, the 12/07/85 show was broadcasted by Premier affiliate stations last year.

FYI - WMGF has dropped Casey entirely. They have made an effort to drop all syndicated programs, which include Delilah, John Tesh (both the midday version and weekend version) and AT40: The 80s. There was a write up in the paper about it the other day.

They cited low ratings of their syndicated programs the reason for dropping them. Naturally, the voicetracked and automated AC jukebox they play the rest of the time is sure to garner better ratings. (sarcasm)

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for that info - it was a very interesting website to check out. UPDATED DEC 25 Thursday 11pm - 3 am EST The Coast - Dubai U.A.E. 103.2 FM www.1032thecoast.com/Liveplay/LivePlayer-testing.asp(It's interesting to note the word "testing" in the web player link) I'm not sure if the program played is the same one played by the other stations the previous weekend, or the upcoming weekend. SIDE NOTE: If you go to the main website, you will see 5 stations listed - when you move the mouse over each station, you will hear a brief audio clip of each station's ID, as well an animation of an instrument near the bottom of the page: www.ch4network.com/-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
