Hello.
I am new here, and I always enjoy reading the posts.
Forgive me for starting a new thread for this if nobody is interested, but I thought a few might be. Last night, I watched the Rolling Stones new DVD "Stones in Exile", and besides having excellent footage of the World's Greatest Rock and Roll Band living and recording "Exile on Main Street" in the south of France during 1971, I was also "Happy" to find that three brief soundclips of Casey on early AT40 shows are also on the DVD. They are from:
1. 05/01/71 - Top 40 Acts of the Rock & Roll Era - During the intro of "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" at #18 2. 05/06/72 - Regular Countdown - Before the debut of "Tumbling Dice" at #23 3. 08/05/72 - National Album Countdown - Before "Exile on Main Street" ("Happy") at #3
For anyone who may be interested.....
I hope to communicate with a lot of you on this great website in the future.

Not quite as long lasting or influencial as the Rolling Stones, but...
The Mississippi rock band 3 Doors Down released a DVD with all of their videos on it and it includes a little documentary on the band. It also uses some Casey intro's from AT40.
