Here are all the songs that hit the Top 40 on the Billboard Top 40 Radio Monitor (November 1991-December 1992) and Mainstream (January 1993-January 1995) charts but did not reach the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100. Some of them DID hit the Hot 100, but peaked lower than #40. Others didn't hit the chart at all (namely album tracks that were never released as singles).

"It's All Over Now," Celine Dion Shouldn't that be "Misled"?

"It's All Over Now," Celine Dion Shouldn't that be "Misled"? No, but it IS a mistake. My source contained a typo. It should be "It's Over Now" by Cause and Effect, which is already on the list. Therefore, I've edited my post. Thanks for catching it.
