Yes they did air the 12/23/78 show featuring the first half of the top 100 songs of 78. Spt I don't have a recording of the show, but it will be repeated this wednesday at 10 eastern time.

Nice! Why are they repeating it though instead of playing Part Two of the show?

70's on 7: (Sat 9-9-06) 12-23-78 Top 100 of 1978 Part 1 (Wed 9-13-06) 12-23-78 Top 100 of 1978 Part 1 (repeat) (Sat 9-16-06) 12-30-78 Top 100 of 1978 Part 2 (Wed 9-20-06) 12-30-78 Top 100 of 1978 Part 2 (repeat)
80's on 8: (Thu 9-14-06) 10-4-86 (Sun 9-17-06) 6-19-82
XM mosts likely don't have a lot of remastered shows from the 70's decade as oppose to the 80's channel.

Well, it seems that they're already replaying some of the shows played during AT40 marathon... so, I guess, maybe even 80s show list is quite slim... not as slim as 70s though...

Shannon...can you provide insight into just how many shows XM has? Scott Scott, Since this gets into the contract between Premiere and XM, I'd rather not give the specific number but that it is a substantial number. However, what I can say is that I have done approximately 100 or so shows for each decade so far and that both are committed to the continued converion and expansion of the library.
