I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet. This past Sunday, we lost Ronnie James Dio due to stomach cancer. Ronnie was a heavy metal legend. In addition to being an original member of Rainbow, he also replaced Ozzy Osbourne as lead singer of Black Sabbath. He also had his own band called Dio, who recorded 2 of the best metal songs of all time: "Holy Diver" & "Rainbow In The Dark". He also popularized the famous "devil horns" gesture associated with heavy metal. Ronnie will be missed.
