I was listening to AT 40 from September 16, 1978 and Eddie Money's "Two Tickets to Paradise" debuted. It was a different version than what most are used to. Can anyone tell me what version it was and where I could get a copy?

Hi rau2!
I've read your question and I'll be glad to answer your question. I really don't care for this song, but I decided to look and download two mixes for you. The LP version's stop time is at 3:57 and then the 45 version is at 3:08. I'm not sure which one is the official version or is there's more than just two. Please let me know. BTW I'm scanning that show as we speak to figure out which version the AT40 version belongs to.
Update : I had just read an article about it on Wikipedia and it's clear, it's the 45 version that was played. As I mentioned to you before I have it available based on your request.

The single version was unavailable on CD until it appeared on Playlist late last year, so it's pretty much been forgotten by radio. I actually prefer it to the more common LP version (it's got more punch to it).
