Just listened to the Top 3 of last week and #40 and have concluded by looking at the Joel Whitburn Hot 100 Chart Book for the 1980s that the show playing on 80s on 8 now(5:15 pm Central Time) is the Dec 13 1980 show. That's the one when Casey pays tribute to John Lennon, the tribute is just before "Just Like Starting Over" (the song is in the top 10 that week). I have the show and it's a real collectors item.

Looks like this isn't the week. It was recorded a week earlier, so the December 20 show was the one with the special Lennon tribute. Darn!

Actually, there was an alternate recording of the show that had the tribute for this week

Yes it was the 12/13/80 show, but XM aired the original show and not the replacement show that was sent out to radio stations at the last minute. That's why Casey's tribute to John Lennon wasn't heard.
