According to Tuesday's edition of USA Today,a 46 year old woman from England has died from lupus-Her name was Lucy Vodden-Lucy was the inspiration behind one of the most popular songs that the Beatles recorded:"Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds"-Legend has it that Julian Lennon,John's son from his first marriage, came home from school one day to show his father a picture he had drawn-Julian said:"Daddy, this is Lucy in the sky with diamonds"-In 1967,that song found its way onto the album "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band"-Although the song was never released as a single,it did become a hit in late 1974 when Elton John released his version. Elton's remake went straight to #1-John Lennon appeared on the record as "Dr.Winston O' Boogie"-As the late Paul Harvey used to say:"And now you know the rest of the story".
