Yesterday, I was listening to the American Top 40 show from 4-13-74 (one of the many shows in my collection) and they were playing the song, "Mighty Love" by the Spinners, and as Casey was introducing the song, he mentioned that the Spinners were originally from Ferndale, Michigan, and as a strange conicidence, I was actually driving in Ferndale when the song was played. As the late Mel Allen used to say, "How about that?"
