Two great moments come to my mind:
First: It was great to hear Casey Kasem's voice on FM-Radio again in Austria after a nearly 2-year-hiatus from mid-1987 to early 1989 when Casey's Top 40 was launched by WW1 and broadcast here by Blue Danube Radio. By the way: the program was wrongly introduced as "American Top 40" by the Austrian broadcaster
Second: In 1998 I was surprised that the renamed Austrian station FM4 - once again - introduced "American Top 40" and Casey really re-started the show under the flag of AMFM and the original show name. For a almost 2 years we could hear AT40 again in Austria, but according to the broadcaster the program was not profitable as there were not enough listeners.
For the last 5 years this board and its members' contributions is my connection to Casey.
Here's to you, Casey! Maybe there will be one more comeback!

I dont think European radio is interested in any american syndicated shows, old or new. They think that kind of material is red neck.
And they cannot be more wrong. That kind of material, so well done is interesting and Casey is timeless.
So that is the reason AT40 fans invest on wifi radio and broadband, an no for hearing stupid and boring european radio.
