Casey's Biggest Hits

Hey, when did Casey's Biggest Hits start? Was he doing it from the beginning of Casey's Top 40? Or did it get added sometime in the first year or so? I know it was already going by summer of 1990, because that's when I first heard it. I even have a few days from around then recorded on tape somewhere still. But the CT40 shows I have collected from 1989-90 don't have CBH included.

So, anyway, if anyone knows the answer, then feel free to enlighten me.

I'm not sure exactly when it started, but back when CT40 was still distributed on vinyl, CBH was sent out as a separate record (you used to be able to find them on eBay sometimes). That's likely why CBH doesn't appear on most of the early shows in trade circulation.
