On this weekend's American Top 10 show, Casey made a reference on Danielle Brisebois that she wrote Natasha Bedingford's latest hit, and he mentioned that she used to star on Archie Bunker's Place. Danielle was the first person I ever had a crush on. I saw her for the first time on ABP when I was about 7 years old, and I have been a huge fan of hers ever since. I actually met Danielle when she performed here in Detroit back in 1994. It was one of the greatest moments of my life. Also, our birthdays are one day apart from each other. Her birthday is June 28, and my birthday is on June 29.

Danielle originated the role of Stephanie on "All In The Family"-She was a cast member during the show's final season, which was 1978-1979-She continued playing that character on the "AITF" spinoff,"Archie Bunker's Place",which ran from 1979-1983.

Wasn't she a member of New Radicals ("You Get What You Give")?

Wasn't she a member of New Radicals ("You Get What You Give")? True. Apart from Gregg she was the most consistent member of New Radicals.

I seem to remember that she also sang backup on Ovis's 1994 hit "Regular Thang".

I seem to remember that one of her songs was an unsuccessful Sure Shot on The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40.

I seem to remember that one of her songs was an unsuccessful Sure Shot on The Rick Dees Weekly Top 40. Probably the awful first AAOY single, What If God Fell From the Sky. I wonder how much Epic paid to get the 'sure shot' designation? It made #80 in Cashbox which I'm sure was another paid placement since CB was on its final legs and it didn't chart elsewhere.

"What If God Fell From The Sky" didn't even make Billboard's Hot 100 chart, nor Shadoe Stevens didn't play that song as a Sneak Peek even when the old AT40 was withdrawn from the USA and on the deathbed playing in foreign countries for the final 1/2 year July 1994-January 1995. Not even Danielle's follow up to "What If God Fell From The Sky" - a cover of Brenton Wood's "Gimme Little Sign" - made a dent on Billboard's Hot 100 as well.
