Metallica does an excellent version of Bob Seger's "Turn The Page"-I heard the song on an FM rock station in Connecticut last night.

Bobby Womack was a founding member of an R&B group called The Valentinos-Two of their best known songs were hits for other artists:"It's All Over Now"-Rolling Stones (1964) & "Lookin For A Love"-J.Geils Band (1971).I'm glad to see Little Anthony & The Imperials finally get their due-My favorite songs by them are "Tears On My Pillow" (1958),"Goin'Out Of My Head" (1964),"I'm On The Outside Looking In" (1965),"Hurt So Bad" (1965) & "Take Me Back" also from 1965.

"Hurt So Bad" was also covered by The Lettermen (1969) & Linda Ronstadt (1980).

Most of the Imperials hits were written by a talented gentleman named Teddy Randazzo-He was part of the East Coast doo wop scene in the late 50's-early 60's.
