I'm wondering if Casey Casem ever did a special countdown dedicated to only one artist , i mean like Beatles , Elvis Presley or any other charts performer ?

There was a show dedicated to the Beatles back in 1981... he played the top 40 songs by the Beatles as well as their solo members.

In October 1976,Casey did a special countdown in which he played #1 songs covering the Beatle Years (1964-1970)-It'd be interesting to see if Premiere or XM would ever air that show-It was quite entertaining.
