What happened to AT 10 on 106.7 WLTW Lite FM. The show airs Sunday mornings from 6-7. This past Sunday the show was NOT on. Did WLTW drop the show or is Casey coming back next week. This is the special one hour show we get here in NYC. Bring Casey back!!!  |

Whats so special about it?? I mean isn't it the same show that we hear in a 3 hour version, but just edited to 1 hr?? Or are their 'special' drops, outtakes, intros and outros that we dont hear in the rest of the country? I guess what I'm asking is, couldn't I take the same 3 hr show and edit it myself to re-create the same show heared in NYC?

There are reportedly a few "pickups" that Casey records each week for the WLTW show so the flow works, but basically, yes, you could edit the 3 hour show to be the WLTW show yourself.

I can't understand why "Lite FM" would air a condensed version of "AT10" in the first place-Former Program Director Jim Ryan probably thought that the listeners wouldn't want to sit through an endless assortment of extras before finding out what the #1 song is.

The condensed version of "AT10" does feature the Long Distance Dedication.

The show was back on WLTW this past weekend. It started early...at 5:45am...but it was there.

I believe AT10 has been on WLTW every Sunday. However, if you listen to WLTW on the world wide web, they can't air the local ads. They will put back up music on the web instead of ads. However, since WLTW is most likely automated on Sunday mornings, the computer will not flip back alternate ad feed to WLTW feed. This morning on WLTW webcast feed, the number 5, 4, and 3 songs were replaced by alternative music.
By the way, if AT10 starts using the 'no-nuthin' it would be interesting how those liners would work on the special WLTW AT10 program.

Was this past weekend a special one hour show guest hosted by Mike? Because I remember back in 2005 when Charlie Tuna guest hosted, Casey still recorded the custom show for WLTW. Was that a one time deal, or does Casey still do the WLTW show?
