Anything from around the mid-2000s featuring Twista? He rapped pretty fast.

I don't know if this was Top 40 but I found this -
"Rap God" by Eminem (USA) packs 1,560 words into a fast and furious 6 min 4 sec – that's a tongue-twisting average of 4.28 words per second! In one 15-second segment alone, "Slim Shady" spits 97 words (6.46 words per second) at "supersonic speed".

Billy Joel "We Didn't Start the Fire" is probably high on that list. REM's "It's the End Of the World As We Know It" might win that contest but of course, it didn't make the top 40.

"Life is a Rock" works out to slightly more than 153 WPM. "One Week" is 210.7 WPM.

Not the whole song, but man the last verses of "Supersonic" by JJ Fad is truly one verse that blazes (it starts right after, "Hit it Baby D"). However, it might be hard to get the true WPM because I don't think the very last part actually use words, just nonsensical phrases. Still, whatever they are saying...it goes quick, lol. Quick math, looks like that part clocks in somewhere near 300 WPM, including the last "nonsense" verse.
