"Crazy" by Icehouse in 1988, The Boys in 1990, Seal in 1991, Aerosmith in 1994, and Dream in 2003. K-Ci and JoJo also had a song called "Crazy" in 2001 - did that version make it to AT40? Yes it did - in fact, it was a Top Five hit (peaked at #4 in March).

Dance With Me -- Orleans (1975) Dance With Me -- Peter Brown (1978) At Christmas 2000 Debelah Morgan peaked at #8 with "Dance with me". And IMO: If you hear this song, you should have "time for a tango".

If you include Billboard's dance chart I have (maybe) the sweetest thing on earth:
"Kiss me" - Stephen 'Tin Tin' Duffy in 1983 and Sixpence none the richer in 1998.

Wow - of Orleans' three Top 40 hits, two of the titles have been used in other Top Ten hits.
Already mentioned were "Dance With Me", from 1975, which was also the title of a Peter Brown hit three years later.
"Love Takes Time" was also mentioned on the first page - Mariah Carey had a song by that title (that performed quite a bit better on the chart, I must say) in late 1990.
If only they'd named their 1976 hit "YOU'RE Still The One", then they'd have a hat trick, as that was the title of Shania Twain's first Top 40 crossover.
There was a similar situation with Asia's three Top 20 hits, as the song titles were used by After 7, Nelson, and Guns 'N Roses - all in the same year to boot!

Here's a pre-AT40 situation:
Two hits with the same title were on the chart during the summer of 1968--and both were completely different novelty hits.
I'm referring to 'Here Comes The Judge' --one by Shorty Long and the other by Pigmeat Markham.
It's funny because in Joel Whitburn's books they are treated as different versions of the same song but when you listen to them; they are not. They are both based on a similar concept: both feature comedians presiding as judges in a courtroom but they are not the same 'songs' or 'routines'.By the way, the phrase was also featured on the TV show 'Laugh In' and was first performed by Pigmeat Markham and then later by Sammy Davis Junior. Now back to the countdown....

Here's a situation where two songs with the same title weren't all that different (IMO, anyway).
I watched Webster on almost a daily basis back in the late 1980s (when re-runs were on one of the network stations) after I got home fron school, so I knew the theme song "Then Came You" very well, but had never heard the Dionne Warwicke/Spinners version before (that I knew of). When the Warwicke came on the radio one time and was in the same minor key, I was like, "Is this the Webster theme in a different tempo?" As they got further into the song, I realized that it wasn't.
Also - I heard "The Wanderer" by Donna Summer for the first time on an AT40 re-run and for several years, I thought it was a slightly different version of the old Dion classic, until someone set me straight when I was critiquing a AT40 show from the fall of 1980.

Another one from the 1960's: Wild One--Bobby Rydell (reached #2 in 1960) --totally different song-- Wild One--Martha & Vandellas (made it to #35 in 1964). Apparently people liked Bobby's 'Wild One' more than Martha's.

There was also Rod Stewart's "Angel" in 1972 (which was accidentally not played on Casey's show).
