Actually, Ken probably shouldn't need to be involved in that--the posthumous artists question already exists as part of the original show LP's, and would simply need to be included as part of the rebroadcast of the show. In fact, XM already did this when they aired the show back in 2006 or so. The posthumous artists question was played in the first hour (where it was originally scheduled), and the Lennon tribute aired during the intro to "Starting Over" in the last hour. If Premiere were to re-air that show (which I assume they will at some point), they could use that same presentation (assuming it's available to them), or just insert the question...and that's assuming Premiere didn't already do the same thing when they played the show the first time around.
Now, what's really a collector's item is the original intro to "Starting Over" on the 12/13/80 show--the one that was ultimately edited out and replaced by the special recording of the tribute. That intro would also exist as part of the original show LP's, but has presumably never been played as part of a broadcast of the show...unless of course one of the subscribing stations would've forgotten to replace with the tribute (or didn't receive the replacement LP in time) and played that intro. Even then, not sure how many recordings of such an instance would be floating around.
I do know that XM aired a version of the show that included the posthumous artists question and the tribute into to "Starting Over" instead of the original intro at some point. Perhaps when they replayed the show later on in their run of the 80's shows?
