Earlier this week, Kobe Bryant broke the NBA record for the most missed shots of any player in NBA history. I also heard about other dubious records in sports. It got me thinking about some of the dubious records in chart history. Here is just a few:
Most weeks at No.2 (without hitting No. 1)

"Work It"--Missy Elliot (2002)
Most weeks in the Top 10 without Hitting No. 1
32 weeks
"How Do I Live"--LeAnn Rimes (1997-1998)
That is also the overall record for most weeks in the Top 10
Biggest drop off the Hot 100
"We Might Be Dead Tomorrow"--Soko (2014)
It dropped off the Hot 100 from the No. 9 position and it also holds the record for the highest charting song that was on the Hot 100 for only 1 week.

"Red"--Taylor Swift (2012)
The song dropped out of the Top 40 from No. 6 and fell to No. 54. It also had the biggest drop from Top 10.
