I checked a few charts but didn't find one with another "If" title when Bread's "If" was a hit. On the April 3 1971 chart, both "If" and "If You Could Read My Mind" were in the Top 40.

In the fall of 1985, there were a few shows with two examples that only count if you make exceptions. If you don't count the punctuation, "C-I-T-Y" and "You Belong To The City". If you don't count the subtitle, "St. Elmo's Fire (Man In Motion)" and "Love Theme From 'St. Elmo's Fire'".

pgfromwp noted a good one because one of those weeks, those 2 songs were back to back and Casey noted that he had just played 2 rain songs in a row. But in what appears to be the best example of this, for 4 weeks in May 1971 the Chi-Lites had "Give More Power to the People" in the top 40 while John Lennon had "Power to the People". However Casey never said anything in any of those shows that alluded to this.

Not exactly the same, but similar...on 4/7/79, Poco and the Allman Brothers both had songs called "Crazy Love" in the top 40 at the same time, and from 4/5/86 - 4/26/86, Nu Shooz and Stevie Nicks were both in the 40 with "I Can't Wait".
Perhaps the most interesting case though, was that of En Vogue and Wilson Phillips, who were both in the 40 with "Hold On" during the summer of 1990. Not only were those two different songs with the same title in the 40 simultaneously for 13 weeks (5/12/90 - 8/11/90), but on 6/30/90, they were back to back (at #5 and #6).

In fall 1975 George Harrison's "You" was on the charts along with "I Only Have Eyes For You," "Who Loves You" and several other "You" songs.

From this weekend's Premiere rebroadcast of October 10th, 1987, one of the rarer variety where both song titles have more than one word:
"Only In My Dreams" by Debbie Gibson at #37, and "In My Dreams" by R.E.O. Speedwagon at #22!
The former was in its last week on the countdown, having hit #1; the latter was in its fourth week on the chart, on its way to a #19 peak.
So, needless to say, this show was the last of four weeks where both songs were in the countdown...

Currently there's "Don't" and "Don't Tell 'Em."

I assume current AT40 shows have both "Work" and "Work from Home".

I found a couple others from The Shadoe Era that involved duplicate song titles . On 11-11-89, Tesla debuted on the chart at #40 with "Love Song". At #34, The Cure spent their final week inside the Top 40 with "Love Song". In Shadoe's second show (8-20-88), there were two songs that debuted back to back with Bobby Brown's "Don't Be Cruel" at #38, and Cheap Trick's Elvis cover of "Don't Be Cruel" at #37.

Happened a third time for Shadoe. I know this because I heard the show when it happened a few weeks back. On the 4/16/94 show, the Cranberries debuted with "Dreams" while Gabrielle had her own "Dreams" at 21.

mytwocents, 'Only in my dreams' hit #4, NOT #1. Daaaang, did I really say that (and let it go uncorrected for more than two years) Well, I stand corrected now; thanks for pointing it out!... (Needless to say, the fact of Debbie Gibson's "Only In My Dreams" and R.E.O. Speedwagon's "In My Dreams" sharing chart space for a while remains true... )

In early 1986 on the R&R CHR chart only, Asia had "Go" while Stevie Wonder had "Go Home."
