I spent this weekend listening to the American Top 40 show from March 13, 1976 and Casey did a story about Larry Groce, who married his former teacher. That story reminded me of my own situation. I never married a teacher, in fact, I haven't married anyone yet, but I did do the next best thing. I am probably one of the few people in the world whose first crush was a celebrity and actually got to meet that person. The first person I ever had a crush on was actress/singer/songwriter/producer Danielle Brisebois. I had a crush on her when she starred on "Archie Bunker's Place". My crush on Danielle began when I was about 7 years old. I met her around 1994 when she performed at a coffeehouse not too far from where I live. I didn't get to see her perform that night since I wasn't able to get off work in time, but I did get to meet her and she signed a picture of herself and gave it to me. It was one of the most memorable moments of my life.

Danielle was also active with New Radicals---she sang background on their top 40 hit "Someday We'll Know" I think she appears in the video which is linked below: www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDmA8qQKhMYThe song was played on AT40 beginning July 17, 1999.

Isn't she also on their/his (IIRC, New Radicals was actually one guy) only big hit, "You Get What You Give"?

She also sang backup on the album Schadenfreude by Ovis, which contained the Top 40 hit "Regular Thang", and cowrote two of Natasha Bedingfield's big hits ("Unwritten" and "Pocketful Of Sunshine").
