For what it's worth, here are a couple guesses: CKWW usually runs the "A" show, which is 1979, but they only play 3 hours. The last couple times, Smooth 70s played the "B" show on Saturday morning (1972) and the "A" show on Sunday morning (1979) and if I recall correctly, they do play 4 hour versions. Just my two cents... we'll see... it's gonna be interesting!

Smooth have confirmed both shows will get played on a 'double' weekend but we'll have to see if we get the full 4 hour 1979 show or a condensed 3 hour version with no LDD's & extras as we've often had in the past.

As usual, KOLA is among the first to post their choice: 1979.

OK, a plea for help here, from a newbie! Are you tracking down stations that you can stream on the internet so that you can hear the AT40 programs they are featuring this week? And that your preference is stations that will play the complete 4 hour show from this week in 1979, keeping the top 3 from the previous week, the extras, the jingles, etc.?
If this is what you are doing, I am definitely interested in hearing these shows! Is there a way to record these shows and play them back later?
These must seem like dumb questions, but I don't mind asking!

Magic 98 Madison are playing the 3 hour 1979 show next weekend

These must seem like dumb questions, but I don't mind asking! People use different things to record them like Audacity-which is free. You could open a free account w/ Dar.FM and set some of the stations to record for you and log in and play it back at your leisure. Some of the stations are on Dar.FM, some are not.

CKWW - a little late, but they went with 1979 (3 hours)

Note that the 1979 show is the A show and 72' the B...so there may be less takers for the 72' show
