Maybe somebody in their Statehouse or other fiscal/spending forums has a definite answer for you…

If there are bills that now must be debated this is a total waste of time and by default, waste of taxpayer dollars. Government in action.

Oklahoma’s official rock song (approaved by OK’s Joint Senate Resolution, Paul) is “Do You Realize” by the Flaming Lips who are great in concert, BTW.
And Ohio was the first having a state Rock Song: “Hang On Sloopy” by The McCoys
I`ll see if Cleveland`s R`n`R Hall of Fame knows of any others.

I suggested "Don't Look Back", by hometown boys Boston, on the Facebook page of WCVB (where it will do no useful good, but hey; it was there... :-)

I suggested "Don't Look Back", by hometown boys Boston, on the Facebook page of WCVB (where it will do no useful good, but hey; it was there... :-) Although the last time I had a chance to visit Boston was in the summer of 1994 and haven’t been there since, I cannot help associating its notorious traffic with “Drive” by The Cars (another hometown band) whenever I hear the song!!! But you gotta have real first-hand driving experience through its streets to know what I mean. The Pixies are another under-appreciated Bostonian(s).

Dirty Water by the Standells should be a contender.
