We're off to a good start, with Nina saying "Welcome To THE Heartlight." Not the first time someone messed up that title. There was the AT40 listener who requested and got a Long Distance Dedication for “Welcome To Hard Life”.

In the quickest error ever Mark ended his regular show saying Not AT40 was from 'today, Jan 11, 1982'. They are using the 1/9/82 chart Usually, when they announce the show before the initial airing, they use the Friday air date along with the featured year. Then, during the show itself, they reference the Billboard chart date. Tonight he closed his show at 8:55EDT by saying they were counting down the 4/20/85 chart

I've found no reputable source (sorry wiki) to back up Mark's claim Kenny Loggins Vox Humana was co-written with the Pointer Sisters.

Alan said the Bosser's seven top tenners from BITUSA was a record at the time. Of course it just tied the record set by Thriller a year earlier. Then in their ever changing hit definition, Mark said Commodores Nightshift was their first without Richie, not crediting them for their Hot 100 post Lionel entries up to that point.

Actually, "Nightshift" was the Commodores' only post-Lionel Top-40 entry. Their second highest such Hot 100 entry before "Nightshift", "Only You", reached #54, and the follow-up to "Nightshift", "Animal Instinct", rose to #43.

Alan Hunter called The Bangles debut LP " A Different Light" instead of " Different Light" which makes me think he had "A Different Corner" on his mind.
