Similar to the "Daddy's Home" error last week, "Orinoco Flow" entered the US Hot 100 in mid-January of '89, but 88 is on the display instead.
Nina again forgets to mention the first song in a three-song set this week; only "Rocket" and "Thinking of You" but not "Sincerely Yours".
And even during the regular programming, the display for "Paradise City" never has (89).

Alan definitely made me laugh out loud, with his description of the powers of the "Funky Cold Medina." Then, he had to go and add an error at the end, saying it was from the album Locked After Dark, despite pronouncing his last name properly throughout.

Geesh I'm not even listening tonight. I needed a break from flubs. I only tuned in to get the year for next week when I heard Alan Hunters call the writer of Nothing's Gonna Stop Us... Albert 'Hammonds'.

One I remembered from tonight was Mark tacking on the word "tonight" at the end of "(I Just) Died In Your Arms" not once but twice.

Getting off-topic, but over on '90s on 9, they featured 1990 and they played "All My Life" by K-Ci and Jojo instead of the Linda Ronstadt and Aaron Neville version.

And on the same talk break, Nina said "The Honey Thief" was at #34 instead of the correct #24.

I initially thought it was just a production error, but then Julie Brown identified KC & Jojo as the artist. Just absurd. That wasn't the first time Linda Ronstadt got shafted by this show. Years ago, during an early 1990 show, they introduced Don't Know Much but played a random track off the album instead.

We're off to a good start, with Nina saying "Welcome To THE Heartlight."

The (83) on the display for "Allentown" is gone for some reason, because last time 1983 was featured it was there.

In their ever changing hit definition, Alan didn't give Toto credit for a 'big' one with Make Believe from 4.

During Nina's rant about Pat Benetar, she said Pat's album spent four weeks on the album chart.

During Nina's rant about Pat Benetar, she said Pat's album spent four weeks on the album chart. It actually spent 46 weeks on the chart and peaked at number 4.

While running down the singles from the "Paradise Theatre" album, Alan mentioned "Rockin' the Paradise" as being a "hit". Styx's two countdown songs were the only Top-40s from that album.

After a mandatory 1981 Alan good, bad, ugly commit and calling one of the Gibb Bros like it is spelled and not how he pronounced it which is 'Morris' Nina had her weekly chart screw up saying Steely Dan and Styx were up three when they were actually moving up two. Then she called Speedwagon 'REM"
