October 16, 1993 had none, either. It's worth noting, however, that the January 15, 1994 Billboard chart didn't have any, either. As it turns out, though, AT40 used the January 1 chart for the January 8 show - neither 1/1 nor 1/8 are on Google Books, but this can still be confirmed by checking that week's show against Billboard's website; even without a subscription, you can see that week's Top 20 on there, which should be enough to prove the point. Thus, the debut of "The Sign" (and re-entry of "Hey Jealousy") on the 1/8 chart would have been deferred to the 1/15 show. As for the January 15 issue, that one IS on Google Books: books.google.com/books?id=FwgEAAAAMBAJ&printsec=frontcover&dq=Billboard+1994&hl=en&sa=X&ei=j2nYUb63G46gyQH_34HoBw&ved=0CEcQ6AEwBg

There are also two Ryan Seacrest AT40s with no debuts: 1/29/05 and 9/1/12 (just a few weeks ago.) Hour 1's coming to a close on this week's show (iHeartRadio airing, obviously)...I think this week's going to make three. EDIT: I just saw what the 70s "A" show is this week. Excuse me while I laugh out loud.
