I like that song too--it was the follow up to "Lessons In Love", and charted on the Hot 100 in August 1987, though it would only top out at #83. RIP...Level 42 only had two Top 40 hits in the States, but they were a real good band with a unique style. They would also have a single out in 1988 called "Heaven In My Hands", which didn't chart at all (though was a top 40 hit in the UK), but was another good song. I still remember well that Ö3 used the first seconds of "Heaven In My Hands" as a fanfare for reports from the Olympic Games in Seoul.

Anyone know if any stations will be playing the 1987 show tomorrow? KZOY from 1-5 PM ET tomorrow and KABQ from 2-6 PM ET on Sunday are sure bets for playing that show tomorrow.

These were the 5/7/83 optional extras from 2013, this show's only previous Premiere airing. Two of them never made the top 40 but remain widely recognised: Hour #1: "Bang The Drum All Day" - Todd Rundgren Hour #2: "Sunday, Bloody Sunday" - U2 Hour #3: "I'm Still Standing" - Elton John Hour #4: "Our House" - Madness There is a possibility that "Bang The Drum All Day" could be replaced by "Save It For Later".

Prediction for next week's show:
1st Guess - 5/18/85 2nd Guess - 5/19/84
So the 1985 drought has to end soon, and this would be a show not played since the Ed McMann days. 1984 is also coming due, but I'm expecting the next '84 show to wait until June. 5/22/82 might have an outside chance as well...
