According to KOLA, next week's show is February 13, 1988. I saw that - curious to see if that's an 'A' or 'B' show. Either way it will be paired with something, likely 1981, '82, or '83.

Based on the fact that A) this is the first 1988 show of the year and B) the show was last run six years ago, I'm almost sure that it's the "A" show. Not sure about 1983 being the "B" show, however, especially if they are indeed planning to play the February 26 show (with the recently departed James Ingram on top with Patti Austin). Actually, the "B" show could be anything up to 1984. 1981 would be the most likely, but the show for next week would be 2/14/1981, which hasn't been touched since 2009. Generally, they don't use shows that repeat-ripe as "B" shows, but then again, they're a little more liberal with the dates for those, so they could use the 2/21/81 show, which has been played as both an "A" and a "B" within the past five years. It's hard to tell, but what I am pretty sure of is that next week's 1988 show would be the "A" offering.

If you are listening to the WWIS broadcast this afternoon, prepare to turn your volume all the way up to the max just to kind of even hear the show.

Or they'll all be replaced with 1989 songs.

If you are listening to the WWIS broadcast this afternoon, prepare to turn your volume all the way up to the max just to kind of even hear the show. It's because of the cold. High today in BRF, WI: 3, low -26 according to Meteorologist Jennifer Wochinski. And I'm feeling sorry for myself because the high here in the Desert SW tomorrow is only gonna be 50. 50 degrees ?? Are you sure you’re not sitting in cave of the mounds??

Yeah and the meteorologist says it like it's nothing. Low "levels off" at 26 below in a cheery voice....good for her, more like "drops off" a cliff. Lol.

The cold shouldn't affect the volume or the quality of their stream...if it does, they have some really incompetent IT/technician people in charge of maintaining things there. I live in Minneapolis, and it ain't any colder in BRF than it is here right now, and none of the radio or TV stations here seem to be having any trouble.

Guessing that 2/14/81 would be a no-go for a 'B' show since it last aired before Larry Morgan hosted...though I would be happy if they did play 2/14/81. 2/13/82, 2/12/83, or 2/19/83 would all work as 'B' shows, as would 2/18/84, but since they just played 1984 two weeks ago, I would think it would be less likely. I'm hoping for 2/20/82 next week, so I'd be happy if the 'B' were not 1982.

Bummer.. lol j/k- Wish her the best. It's not a surprise then that despite the most frigid temperature forecast, she still sounded fine with it.

Premiere optional extras in 2014 for 2/21/81 were:
"Fantastic Voyage" Lakeside "Angel Of The Morning" Juice Newton "Somebody's Knockin'" Terri Gibbs "I Love You" Climax Blues Band
I think there is a chance that "Fantastic Voyage" will be replaced by "Just Once".
