We all enjoy the wide choice of airings of classic AT40 available online, even if there are some issues with things the stations do! I'd like to suggest that members of this board get together to send e-mails of thanks to all the streaming stations for carrying the programs and that they be sent en masse just before the Thanksgiving holiday. You never know when a station may opt to not renew the show. A show of support from our community could change such a decision!
Actually, as a start, we could send e-mails to our broadcast friends in Canada, as they celebrate Thanksgiving on October 10th.
Lots of time to do this. Use the station lists posted by pizzzzza to find addresses.
Just an idea to get in the spirit of the season!

Stations love to read that kind of emails and they are tools for programmers when directors want to axe a show. Then the programmer puts on his table the emails and say, you see there is a feedback and listeners want the show, you dont want to get the listeners angry, dont you?.

Don't forget to get a few plugs in on their Facebook pages. Many people 'like' their local stations and get newsfeed updates from them, and many may not even be aware that AT40 is on it or what timeslot it plays.

I sent regular emails to the station in WV that aired the 80's show every Sunday at noon. They still dumped it.
