With that question I can only think of 4 more since May 8th 1976. Anne Murray , Sheena Easton ,Bonnie Tyler & Kim Wilde up till his last show August 6th 1988 Yes, those are the only solo ones; unless you want to include Kiki Dee in her duet with Elton John.

I wonder what WODC is doing? Hopefully, they play the full 1979 show on Sunday night. They generally do, but sometimes they flip and do the earlier 70s one at night and the four-hour one on Sunday mornings. Looks like you called it correctly: THIS WEEK A 4-HOUR SHOW 8:00AM to 12NOON! MAY 12, 1979 (Airs on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 8:00 a.m.) It's a 93.3ODC AT40 Sunday Night Special going back to American Top 40 when it was less than a year old! Starts at 8:00PM! MAY 15, 1971 (Airs on Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 8:00 p.m.) www.933odc.com/onair/mike-eiland-946/american-top-40-may-15-1971-13577694

It's a four-way tie for most correct guesses this week; freakyflybry, mrjukebox, kchkwong, and 80sat40fan all guessed 2 out of 4. And between the four of you, all four were guessed. Kind of a good news/bad news week. This week's (1979) extras are: "Ring My Bell" - Anita Ward "Ain't No Stoppin' Us Now" - McFadden & Whitehead "Boogie Wonderland" - Earth, Wind & Fire/The Emotions "Minute By Minute" - The Doobie Brothers

Major kudos go to both Ken Martin and Mike Eiland for going beyond the call of duty to give us multiple shows. You guys are great. I know this will happen again Memorial Day weekend.

KOKZ starts an hour earlier (9am EDT) with 4 hour 70s shows. I would classify KOKZ as one of the most reliable stations for 4 hour shows... along with WODC of course.
