So last week they did air 1980, supposedly too old per station policy, although it was a chopped up mess. And this week again entire songs are pre-empted by spots, and they join the next song in progress, etc.
What the F?

I don't know which of the 4 stations in this time slot is the best but WRVF is not. I started with WMLX but then for the second hour, they went to a 1980 show. So I switched over to WNYR which might be the best of the bunch except they did not play at least 1 OE. Not sure about the 4th station.

WRVF is my over the air station that I listen to AT40 the 80s. There has been severe weather in the Southern Michigan, Northern Indiana and Northwest Ohio. WRVF is in Toledo, northwestern Ohio. It has delayed the regular the over the air feed. The 4th hour didn't start until 9:07 pm. I'm sure the weather is causing havoc on their automated system tonight.
The Michigan football game was called off at the 1:07 mark in the 3rd quarter. The Notre Dame game has been stopped twice due to thunderstorms. It is causing issues with numerous outdoor festivals/events for Labor Day weekend.
The on air feed is running fine, the extra segment from the end of the 3rd hour did not air. This includes WRVF's optional extra.
I wonder if the #1 song will be cutoff since if will play after 10pm.

WRVF did play the #1 song St. Elmo's Fire on AT40 the 80s. The show ended at 10:07 pm. The AT40 closing theme was played in full.

The entire 2nd hour was the 8-30-80 show, and so were parts of the 3rd. Then after switching back to the 85 show toward the end of the 3rd hour, they played the "Midnight Rocks" extra! Then the next song was Prince's "Pop Life" at #10! Did they put a monkey in charge this week?

WMLX is also in Ohio (in Lima) - maybe what happened there is their result of the weather playing havoc.
