With Clear Channel's successful 'iheartradio' app and various online channels, why haven't we seen a Casey channel? Ryan's AT40 has a channel that just loops the shows 24/7, why not a Classic Casey channel that would play the 70s and 80s shows? Back when Clear Channel had the 'Format Lab' (which, looking back, must have been an early test for the iheartradio concept) they had a channel that played 80s AT40 shows. I think it would be awesome to have an online stream that played the shows daily, especially for those of us who have to plan our Saturdays and Sundays around the shows (not that any of seem to mind )

That AT40 channel with Ryan Seacrest does not "loop" the shows 24/7, that's is absolutely misleading to a lot of users. Usually it's once a day and only during Saturday - Tuesday. The only app that "loops" their shows 24/7 is Rick Dees "Hit Edition" of his "Weekly Top 40".

And if it ever existed, it would be USA only.

You're right. I tuned into the AT40 channel today and it was just a jukebox of current Top 40 hits with no liners, sweepers, or any sort of ID at all. Still - a 24/7 Casey channel would be good!

Actually I think they had one years ago. Because I remember listening to an online station that would play the same show from the 80s I think for entire week. I think it was when iheartradio was called Cleared Channel Labs. Edit:Here's an old post from the board about it. Of course the link to the station doesn't work anymore. at40fg.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=classic&action=display&thread=220

I listened every day at work for about a month and a half. I finally reached my breaking point with hearing the same 15-20 shows over and over so I quit. If they were going to run this thing, doing the AT40 FB shows only was fine, but all of them needed to be available on the stream so the rerun abuse wasn't so evident.
