I used this station to record AT40 80s since its the one with the best sound quality. Tonight I find out that that station is no longer allowing people outside the US to stream their station.
What a crock!
I know there are a ton of other stations that offer the show. Only issue I have is I use Replay A/V and this is the only one I can configure to record in MP3 format instead of ASF which improves the quality dramatically.
Anybody else use Replay A/V and what stations do they use to record?

WQSR's broadcast is working through Nenads site. Try that.
Being north of the border, I have frequently experienced that too and have been disappointed...whatever happened to the "World" in "World Wide Web"? Increasingly american radio web sites are doing just that..if they all did, then the U.S. would be shut down into being one big private network. One of the greatest things about the Internet is communicating, sharing the same experience and making friends with users worldwide. This is one giant step backwards.

Anybody else use Replay A/V and what stations do they use to record? That doesn't sound right. I am using Applian's other product the freebee Freecorder Toolbar and can record anything in MP3 format. You should be able to record any radio station in MP3 format with it.. Maybe check their product support site to get the instructions on how to do it.

Not sure if this will work, but you can try a proxy server based in the U.S. Go to www.ip-adress.com/proxy_list/ and pick one. If you're using Firefox, go to Tools/Options/Advanced/Connection Settings/Manual Proxy Configuration and enter the IP address and port #. Hope that helps!

Thanks for the advice. I tried that but the connection is real slow.
weird thing is i can connect now so they might have removed the canada ban so i can access their streaming audio now.....unless its a weekend or casey kasem thing where they dont allow streaming when at40 airs. who knows.
