Billy Joel, "Modern Woman":
Rock 'n' roll just used to be for kicks And nowadays it's politics And after 1986 What else could be new?

One thing is for sure. There are one heck of a lot of YouTube commenters out there who apparently feel compelled to post comments like “who’s still listening to this great song in 2022?” or words to that effect for just about every song on YouTube that is more than, oh, three years old. What’s the point, after the first trillion times it has been posted? Or is it just trolling? Maybe that’s it. It’s really too depressing to think otherwise.

I've seen this a bunch of times, but it never really annoyed me. I'd rather see comments like that than people who respond to others' personal issues with things like, "Who cares?" or "Stop obsessing and get on with your life."
