City High "What Would You Do?" 2001 Their second hit "Caramel" also fits, as it changes during Eve's verse before going back to the original part after it ends. I believe there was also a full remix version built around that rap break.

Near the middle of "Say You Say Me," it turns really upbeat, then goes back to its normal tempo. However, there's also an AC radio edit that takes out that section.

I just thought of another song - one of the Optional Extras on this week's 1979 show. It is "The Logical Song" by Supertramp. The last minute or so of the song is a completely different tune (where they ad lib). I'm actually surprised that I didn't think of this song sooner, seeing that it was my favorite song in the world back in 1979!

How about "Tubular Bells"? You're hearing a nice (scary) tune played on the piano and then all of a sudden, it turns into something a lot louder with different instruments.

The ending of Black Water is rather different than the rest of the song.

“Shiny Happy People” turns into a waltz part way through the song.

“Shiny Happy People” turns into a waltz part way through the song. As well as at the beginning.

Recently played on the 73 Countdown is "Walk On Water" by Neil Diamond--seems like three changes to me.

Tubular Bells must have been a terrifying first-time listen for chemically altered listeners 50 years ago. Oh my God what is happening to me did someone spike my weed with acid?
