How about fake applause at the end of Billy Swan's "I Can Help" and the Captain and Tennille's "Love Will Keep Us Together"? Elton John's "Bennie and the Jets" also used fake concert applause and cheering in the recording. I thought the applause in "I Can Help" was real. According to a story Casey told, a dog was playing with Billy the whole time he was recording, and everybody in the studio applauded him for making it through the take. I've heard that as well, and not just from Casey. Similarly, I've heard/read that the background noise at the end of "Love Will Keep Us Together" is also real, provided by the A&M Records office and studio staff.

You can hear a horn several times, and the Doppler effect at least once in “We Like To Party” by the Venga Boys.

Has AT40 ever played the album version of Prince's "Delirious" that ends with a baby coo sound?

What about Aaliyah's "Are You That Somebody?" with the baby cooing sound?

At the beginning of "Monster Mash," there's a creaking sound, presumably a coffin opening, and the sound of bubbles.

I remember heating a thunder clap or two at the beginning of "The Rain" by Oran "Juice" Jones.
"Cherish" by Kool and the Gang did have some beach sound effects early in the song.
Also, wasn't there a sound of a car skidding in "Jerk Out" by The Time?

I think there were some chirping birds in "Overjoyed."

A couple of examples from the 1960's---
Summer In The City by the Lovin' Sthingyful, a #1 hit from 1966, has what sounds like someone strolling through a busy city street. The group supposedly got the idea to put in sound effects from Gershwin's American In Paris, a symphonic piece that also features sound effects.
Also, The Buckingham's hit Susan from 1968 has what sounds like an orchestra and various sound effects during the middle of the song--something that the group wasn't crazy about as it was put in by the producers, not what the band wanted in what is essentially a love song.

At the beginning of "drivers license" by Olivia Rodrigo, you can hear a beeping sound made when your seatbelt isn't buckled.

The beginning of "I Beg Your Pardon" by Kon Kan features a dial tone, which is also heard throughout the beginning of the song before the first verse starts.
