Since no one's mentioned it yet, I will: The vehicle 'peeling out' in Billy Joel's "Movin' Out (Anthony's Song)".

There were a couple of songs in 2009 with gunshots: "Russian Roulette" by Rihanna and "Paper Planes" by M.I.A. (among other sfx, like a cash register).

"Bennie and the Jets" by Elton John
Elton's producer Gus Dudgeon wanted a live feel on this recording, so he mixed in crowd noise from a show Elton played in 1972 at Royal Festival Hall. He also included a series of whistles from a live concert in Vancouver B.C., and added hand claps and various shouts.
Casey Kasem also told this story from his record company on 5/11/74.

Bungle In the Jungle by Jethro Tull has some lions roaring and other jungle animal sounds. In the Rain by the Dramatics has the sound of rain, wind and thunder (duh!).
I Can't Stand The Rain by Eruption has the sound of lightening and thunder.

The girl in Hungry Like The Wolf The one who laughs and then makes sexual moans at the end (unless it's the same girl). Also, in the bridge in the album version of Rio, there's a sound of a girl laughing. Footsteps are heard at the end of "Puttin' On The Ritz" by Taco.

Do animal sounds count? Like maybe the muskrat purring noises in the 1976 Captain and Tennille song "Muskrat Love"?

Do animal sounds count? Like maybe the muskrat purring noises in the 1976 Captain and Tennille song "Muskrat Love"? That was a synthesizer, so that wouldn't count. Just like the sound effect at the beginning of "Wild World" by Maxi Priest - a synthesizer trying to simulate a lion's roar (I guess).

Motorcycle sounds and dialogue between Vince Neil and Tommy Lee in Motley Crue's "Girls Girls Girls". You can also hear a motorcyle in "She Bop" and in one song by the Carpenters, but I can't remember which one. I think it was an album version that wasn't played on AT40.
