Correct for #106. 109) Maybe the second half of my clue should have said "you've got to give up any notion..." Got to give it up lawsuit/ripoff? Blurred Lines Robin Thicke?

That is correct! The first part of my clue referred to how it was inexplicably nixed from the AT40 decade-end Top 40 even though it spent ten weeks on top, as well as how it took the biggest leap to the top of the decade (didn't it jump to #1 from #11 or something?)
Anyway, now onto round 4:
105) A member of the E Street Band performed on this song.
104) I wonder if they know A-ha?
103) This is one of those songs that hit #1 on my chart, but not Billboard or Mediabase. It was the most successful hit by this Indie Pop band.
102) Telecommute.
101) I thought this was J-Lo's first Top 40 hit being played as a recurrent when I first heard the beginning of this song.
GOOD LUCK!!

Those are all correct. I found it a little amusing that "Am I Wrong" came up shortly after it was guessed.

103. "Ho Hey" - The Lumineers Nope - I actually found that song annoying, so I kept it as far away from #1 as possible (and feasible).

We are going to need hints on 103. There are many Indie Pop Bands that have never hit Number One (i.e. Foster the People, Of Monsters and Men, Florence and the Machine.)

That is correct. Said Indie band was named after the lead singer. Dog Days are over by Florence and the machine?

No - as far as I know, that song never even made the charts.
Keep in mind - the chart system that I used heavily incorporated the Billboard Mainstream Top 40 charts, so they were very close.
