76. The artist who likes show tunes is Train due to Play that song/heart and soul. The biggest Herverd Top 40 song is Hey Soul Sister. Good guess, but that song never quite made it to #1 on the Hervard's Hot 40 chart. The song in question is from the opposite end of the decade. Oh, and #78 wasn't "Payphone" (that one drops the f-bomb as well).

79. Taylor Swift - Bad Blood Haha, going the Neil Sedaka route?! Inside joke on another board where Neil Sedaka's song of the same title was described as an off key anthem.

The remaining two songs were correctly answered. Check the list on Page 1. Meanwhile, we go onto round 10:
75) Think Noah's Ark.
74) Something you might see at a demolition site.
73) This Ohio native had three Top 40 hits. Two of them barely made the Top 20, but the other one hit #1.
72) This artist had a #1 song near the end of the previous decade. This was the follow-up.
71) Do I have to spell it out? This artist either hit #1 (on my version of the charts) or missed the Top Ten completely.
GOOD LUCK!!

If laura's guess for #74 is wrong, my guess is "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz.

I just updated the list with the correct answers.
All that is left is #71. My first half of the original clue referred to the artist, who had one #1 hit on Billboard's Mainstream Top 40 chart and another that just missed.
