So which AT40 acts have you met in person? Talked to, gotten an autograph from or picture with, shaken hands with, or even interacted with on social media?
For example, in 1995, I met The Human League at a record store signing when their song "Tell Me When" was charting, and I got a greatest hits album signed from them (which I no longer have).

My aunt and uncle met Carole King on a cruise a few years ago.

I've met Kate Voegele, who made the Hot AC show in 2009.

Another example I thought of: In 2004 or 2005, I called into the Opie and Anthony Show on XM and asked Tommy Chong a question (I believe it was about some fight he had with Jay Leno, but I can't remember exactly).

I called into Rockline with Bob Coburn on Arrow 93.1 KCBS-FM in Los Angeles and asked Jeff Lynne, who was with Rosie Vela, a question on June 6th, 2001!

In 2001, met Willie Nelson. He was wonderful to talk with. Got a few pictures with him on my own camera (wife took pictures) and I took some of her with him. He asked if we wanted autographed 8X10’s. We said yes, we noticed later that on mine he wrote “To Rodney, “Thanks” Willie... on my wife’s he signed it To Sheila “Love” Willie. My kinda guy. :-)

Can't think of any from the Casey or Shadoe eras except Stacy Jones of American Hi-Fi, who hit AT40 in 2001, and he was also in Letters to Cleo who made Casey's Top 40 in 1995.
If we include the Ryan Seacrest years, there's Panic! At the Disco, Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy, Nick Petricca of Walk the Moon, All Time Low (fell just short of CHR AT40 twice; maybe they made the Hot AC one?)

All Time Low (fell just short of CHR AT40 twice; maybe they made the Hot AC one?) "Good Times" made top 20 Hot AC in 2017.

Regarding David Bowie and Pat Metheny's "This Is Not America," I've talked to Metheny and a couple of his band members from that record.

I interacted with Carnie Wilson on Facebook and Twitter a couple of times a few years back (fun fact: I co-ran a Wilson Phillips message board back in the late 90s where she ended up meeting her now-husband shortly before her first weight-loss surgery in 1999; next year is their 20th anniversary).

While I can't say I've met anyone, having conversations with them, I did have a very brief brush with Ed Sheeran a couple of years ago. Now, when it comes to baseball and hockey players, that list grows quite a bit.

I briefly talked with and had my picture taken with Carlene Carter after seeing her at a show in June 2014.

Robby, the bass player from the Goo Goo Dolls used to frequent the same hole-in-the-wall bar in Buffalo I used to 20-ish years ago. Though, sadly, he was never there when my band was playing a gig.
