The single version of Billy Joel's 1980 hit "Sometimes A Fantasy" was actually longer the album version. At the end of the single version, he says "I've got blisters on my blisters."

Shame on me for not thinking of 'em till now:
The "Darth Vader" breathing effect on Meco Menardo's Summer 1980 hit "Empire Strikes Back."
Also, while not the end, close enough ... Deniece Williams' long held high A on late Spring 1984's "Let's Hear It For The Boy," then that pizzicato run going to the higher D.

I love the guitar solo at the end of November Rain by Guns N’ Roses. Slash is a rock god. Just the ending period with the buildup to Slash’s solo is awesome.

The ending to "November Rain" is powerful. I like how they change things around in the final minute or so with the marching beat rhythm, and that haunting, drawn-out synthesizer note at the very end just blows me away.

I thought that Faith No More's 1990 hit "Epic" had an interesting ending-a beautiful piano solo at the end of a rocker. This example reminded me of the original "Layla" which Casey played in its entirety on July 15, 1972. In addition to Derek & The Dominoes, "Rockin' Robin" by Michael Jackson was the other '72 hit that ended with a "bird" tweeting.

"I Can Help" by Billy Swan-At the end of the song, you hear a round of applause. The longer version goes on past the applause for almost a minute.
However, the reason for the applause is that the other musicians in the studio are giving Billy Swan recognition for getting through the song, since Bill's dog was playfully chewing on his pant leg.
