I don't know how long they've done this, since I only started listening to them on a regular basis about a month ago, but they don't play shows from 1980 and 1981 (which is weird since they also play the 70s shows).

We have a new station airing classic AT40! KKOL - 107.9 Hawaii's Kool Gold - Honolulu, HI 1079koolgold.comThey will air the 70's Saturdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and the 80's Sundays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. These times are local (Hawaiian standard time). I don't know if they will play the optional extras - I'll try to listen this weekend as time allows and report back. Please note that Hawaii does not observe daylight savings time. We are currently 6 hours behind eastern time. When the mainland falls back on Nov. 1, the difference will be 5 hours. |

Big station goof! I was listening to the show on KQEO. In the middle of song #40 ("Rocky" by Austin Roberts), the station suddenly cut away to a commercial break and when that was over, the countdown resumed at #36. I guess I'll go with a 6:00 broadcast...

KOLA should be updated that they replay their AT40 show at 10pm EST- 2am on Sundays

I have noticed that WQKK (Y106.9) & KQSN (Sunny 104.7) have been experiencing player issues for some time.

From what I noticed, WDFM Mix 98.1 from Toledo was airing AT40: 80s as of Sun Nov 1. It actually airing last week's 80s. Oct 24, 1981 instead of this week's 80s. I'm not sure when it first started, but before that around that summer it used to carry AT40 HAC version with Ryan Seacrest that started from Jan 2013 until fall 2015..The online site schedule didn't update, but I just heard it in radio. I believe it was airing Sundays 8PM-11:40PMish with limited commercials, and all optional extras, though it's more likely to skip the very last segment, for instance #2-#1 for some reason.
