Debuting and peaking at #101 on the Billboard 200 album chart this week in 2014 is the album So Long, See You Tomorrow by the British indie rock band Bombay Bicycle Club. Today's pick is a track from that album - "Luna".
EDIT: There was a remix for this song I wanted to post here originally but couldn't remember which one it was, but I was reminded of it today (March 10, 2023). Here's the Dezza Bootleg for "Luna".

Don't let the video fool you - this isn't a Robert Downey Jr. song. It's Elton John with a song he took to #110 on Billboard's Bubbling Under chart in November 2001, which was also at #27 on the Adult Contemporary chart this week in 2002 following a #6 peak - "I Want Love".

Debuting at #39 on this week's Modern Rock chart from Billboard in 2001, and going on to peak at #13, is Poe with "Hey Pretty". The version that was a radio hit was the Drive-By 2001 Mix featuring Poe's brother Mark Z. Danielewski reading from his book House of Leaves, so the original album version is included as well.
