That same week, two songs from that album hit the Hot 100 for a single week - the title song (from "Les Misérables", which made her famous on "Britain's Got Talent") at #62, and a cover of The Rolling Stones' "Wild Horses" at #98. Both songs are featured in this thread today.

The thing I didn't like about Sunrise is it relied way too much on the familiar sample, to the point where the sampled music drowned out the new vocals of the song.

dth1971, some 2020 songs were posted last year, but I rarely listen to new music anymore since working from home, so I'm out of touch even when it comes to songs that made the Top 40. There may be some more 2020 songs posted in the future. Maybe even today, who knows.
Michael1973, I don't know Simply Red's music beyond their Top 40 hits, but I was surprised they relied on that sample as well. Seemed out of character for the band, maybe?
