Today's song originally peaked at #107 on Billboard's Bubbling Under chart in August 2007, but peaked on the Adult Alternative and Adult Top 40 charts in 2008. I've been hearing today's song quite a bit lately on commercials for Lovesac sectional couches. If you've seen these commercials played as often as I have, you're probably sick of hearing it already, but from what I can find, it was released this month last year, so I'm choosing it for today's lost classic. Here's "Together" by Forever Friends. And for people who don't know what I'm talking about, the Lovesac commercial is also included. NOTE: I am not a Lovesac employee.

Today's song comes from the year 2003, and was originally a #21 hit for Joe Jackson in 1979. This version was at #22 this week on Billboard's Adult Top 40 chart, after peaking at #19 three weeks earlier. It would also become the theme song to the short-lived ABC sitcom "I'm with Her", which premiered in September 2003. Here's "Is She Really Going Out with Him?" by Sugar Ray.

Today's song comes from an Australian electronic/rock band whose members would also form the duo Knife Party, and was released as a single this week in 2010. It would peak at #41 on the British singles chart the following week. The second part of the song (titled "Dusk") would peak at #22 on Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart in April 2011. From last year, it's a song that originally reached #25 on the British singles chart for Monsta Boy featuring Denzie back in 2000. This version was at #17 this week on Billboard's Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart and would eventually peak at #4. It also peaked at #6 on the British chart, 19 notches higher than the original. Featuring uncredited vocals by Hayley May, here's "Sorry" by Joel Corry.

Today's song was a 2013 hit on Billboard's dance charts for an electronic music duo from Australia. It was at #20 this week on the Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, after peaking at #13 the previous week, and peaked at #1 on the Dance Club Songs chart in early August. Since jlthorpe was kind enough to recognize the recent death of Eddie Van Halen in the Lost 90s Classic thread, I'll return the favor with a Lost 2000s Classic from Van Halen. Their only song to hit the Hot 100 in the 2000s was this song which debuted and peaked at #67 in early 2012. Besides having David Lee Roth on vocals, it features Wolfgang Van Halen (Eddie's son) on bass. Even though this song only made it to #67, the album it's from, "A Different Kind Of Truth", peaked at #2 on the album chart. Here is Van Halen with "Tattoo":
